I love this place, I’m glad that I am part of the Kick house family... I thought I was going to have one favorite coach but they are all incredibly amazing, and friendly. Their enthusiasm is encouraging. I had to pay for the unlimited membership after I had initially paid for only 8 classes per month. Now when I’m free I take up to three classes per day and I have enjoyed and appreciated each one of them. With each class I feel more confident, happier, healthier, motivated and focused. It’s one of those places I have people in mind that I wish would join the Kick house family.

Let me start by saying, I've done Kickboxing before at 9 Round, in 2016 in Kansas City. When I moved to Dallas in 2020, during the pandemic I wanted to start back up but didn't want to do 9 Round. This year I started thinking about getting back into boxing more and more; especially after I hit a plateau with my weightloss journey in May. I was stuck. Started researching and found KickHouse. I filled out the IG 6-Week Challenge form, went in for a consult, signed up same day (June 10th).
Best decision I've made in a long time. The coaches and workouts are amazing.
You have Kel (the jump rope king), I think I was behind this movement a bit lol. Kel goes the extra mile to teach you proper form and push your mental and physical strength to levels you didn't even know you had in you.
Then there is Ashley, my goodness! This lady will make you feel like the strongest woman in the world. She will have you walking out of every workout wore out but feeling empowered.
Dave, yes, the frogger and kick king! You can tell he just has deep knowledge of the sport and power outta this world. All of the coaches do but I enjoy have Dave joins 80%+ of the workouts with us. Showing us that even the experienced get tired, but you keep pushing!
Julian, the form king! Again, all coaches teach proper form. But Julian shows up helping us to work on our form and balance, which is very important when boxing. Shifting your weight, opening your hips. Great instructor and someone who has a depth of knowledge and it shows!
I enjoy this gym so much, all of the coaches are always willing to help and push you because they study what 100% looks like for everyone in the gym. They care and the build a community I genuinely enjoy being a part of.
And that plateau? I broke through it! I hit my desired weight after 3 months and I keep pushing for better. Energy and stamina levels out of this world! Now just focusing on toning up and improving my form and acumen.
Coach Teka is by far the toughest coach I’ve had! I get a killer workout every class! She focuses on each member individually and pushes us to attach each section with our best. Music is always right on time too
Hi friends! If you are not a gym girlie, but you are looking for a great workout, Kickhouse is for you! I just completed their 6 week challenge and by the end of the first week I knew I wanted to be a member! The instructors are encouraging, kind and so much fun! I truly ENJOY working out 5 times a week and doubling up 2 days a week! I never thought I would say that, but thank God I found Kickhouse!

We got you. We understand getting started is the hardest part. We’ll take it one step at a time. Step 1, come in for a “no sweat intro” and have a chat with us. No working out, no sales pitch, we’re just going to talk about your goals, that’s it. If you’re excited about what we talk about, we’ll move on to Step 2.
